Food blog : Oh Cha Matcha (@ TTDI)

Since my office is just opposite Oh Cha Matcha in TTDI, I frequent the outlet sometimes when I have lunch there.

Tried a few of their matcha drinks which is excellent plus they also have free flow of green tea. The different matcha drink flavors I have tried before include

  1. Kalamansi and Sour Plum
  2. Orange
  3. Pandan and Lemongrass
  4. Watermelon

I would say for my taste the sweet and slightly sourish flavors blends well with the matcha.

Also tried some of their RM 15 lunch sets which comes with rice and drink (iced green tea). Do take note the portion is small and may not be enough for those who are used to bigger bowls (same goes for the nearby Kraft Origin lunch set).

Their lunch set starts from 12pm to 2pm on weekdays with the following 3 selections :

  1. Tamago Mentai Don
  2. Teriyaki Chicken Don
  3. Japanese Chicken Curry Don

Have tried the last 2 above (with chicken) and it was ok for lunch if you are not too hungry and looking for a quick bowl of rice.

Next, will try their cakes and maybe some of their pastries so stay tuned for more 🙂

The ambience is more akin to an European-luxury-like setting than a traditional coffee setting. The restaurant itself features a fusion mix of Japanese and Western styles. According to its website (link below), it was founded in […]

The ambience of the outlet was bright and service was so […]

Food blog : Jordan Hong Kong (@ Sunway Pyramid)

Tried out one of the HK restaurants with my wife recently. The outlet is situated on the top floor of Sunway Pyramid shopping mall (outside Jusco). It has a nice, bright exterior and interior with a typical HK style (e.g. Kim Gary and others). The food is generally great and drinks were nice. Nice place […]
