The Owl Cafe is not new and the first ever outlet that I went to was actually in Calvary Church Bukit Jalil when I was working around that area.
What keeps me and my family coming back for more are the waffles and pasta which is absolutely great for a nice morning breakfast, brunch and maybe even lunch.
The outlet that we visited this time is in Sunway Pyramid which is situated at the new ‘strip’ facing Sunway Lagoon. It has a wonderful view of the water theme park and nice setting for a table. I might even have a romantic dinner one night with my wife 🙂
Just to take note, this outlet has fewer selections available on the menu so if you want to try the best of the best selections, head over to their Calvary Church branch.
This are some of my regular family favorites :
- Classic Waffle : i love to cut it into small heart shape pieces and my wife and daughter is absolutely delighted (see picture below)
- Milo Dinosaur waffle : we would occasionally order this waffle if we feel extremely hungry and have a desire for Malaysia’s favorite malt flavour 🙂
- Spaghetti carbonara (and other pastas) – unfortunately they do not have the Seabass aglio oglio which is one of my favorites at the Calvary Church outlet (and you have to wait for at least 15 mins).
- Besides that, we also like the Babycino (with a marshmallow !) and some of the other drinks which you can try out 🙂
