New experiences, new workplace #3

So, its been an intensive year for me learning a lot of new technical jargons and going through a new beginning of sorts in my role as a technical lead and scrum master.

Lots of great folks working with me and sometimes there are challenges, but that’s the way of working life.

In my current capacity over the past year, I have learnt a lot and dived deeper than my previous years in development. This is mainly fueled by a shift to a lot of command line programming and scripting in Linux environment. This is necessitated by learning open source LLM implementations as well as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) which is transforming the landscape of the enterprise environment.

Besides that, in the past year have also dwelt into multi container microservice applications, load balancing, web sockets, Server Sent Events (SSE), API gateway, rate limiting and building POC in on-demand test boxes.

In addition, I have also learnt using Azure Devops as it is necessary in almost any and all process and technical implementations.

Overall, its been a productive learning year for me looking forward to the next 1 year where major transformations are in progress and expected to be completed.

Vibe coding 101 #1

OpenAI and Lovable are both online platforms while Cursor and Claude were installed locally in my laptop. One very important feature is that Lovable was able to show me an instant preview canvas while the others […]
