TBX or The Baking Experiment situated in Subang SS17 has a delightful and rustic decor in a corner lot that is just subtle and yet charming in its own way.
Having been there a few times, and absolutely loved its pastry offerings and cakes including the pain au chocolate and unique crombolonis which is a combination of croissant and bomboloni. The taste and fillings are not too sweet and just enough to satisfy the occasional cravings.
Staff and service was warm and really friendly. Only caveat was that space was somewhat cramped the last time I was there due to renovations and expansions going on. Heard they have a new upstairs now which will be able to accommodate more patrons.
Go on over if you simply want to have a relaxing pastry snack or a small catch up with friends or family
