Yeast is a popular French bakery cum bistro in the Klang Valley. It has many outlets and one such outlet is in Sunway Pyramid.
My family and I have gone and eaten there several times due to its early opening hour at 8am. Its our breakfast spot before heading into the mall and doing some shopping or walking about.
The cosy and quiet ambience in the hotel lobby lends a blend of sophistication and austerity to this outlet and brings a delightful environment to have a dine in experience.
So far, we have tried a few of their pastries such as pain au chocolate, plain, almond and cranberry croissant as well as some of their breakfast set and appetizers.
Overall ambience was nice though a bit pricey but I would still go back occasionally with my family to eat there. One of the reasons being that it opens early at 8am Mon – Sundays and we are usually there to have breakfast before the shopping mall opens.
